Today at approximately 1pm, Liberty Viral Editor in Chief Jennifer Giorgi was just outside the South Lawn of the White House in Washington DC, when the area was evacuated.
Allegedly there was an attempted fence jumping which was unsuccessful, and the Secret Service apprehended the suspect. Jennifer Giorgi says the area “was blocked off completely for one hour. Search dogs. Roving patrols. Secret Service everywhere.”
