Joy Villa Album Sales Jump Bigly After Trolling Grammys

In less than 24 hours, Joy Villa’s album “Static” (2014) jumped from number 543,502 on to number one after her appearance at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards Sunday evening, and she didn’t even perform. What was the cause of this sudden boost in popularity? Her dress. And not just any dress, a dress sure to trigger the leftist elite attending the awards ceremony and the media at large. No, it wasn’t racy. Yes, all her lady bits were covered (surprisingly). So, why all the commotion over a dress? Because Trump, that’s why.

Villa sported an Andre Soriano original gown; a classic, floor length mermaid cut, in red, white, and blue that proudly displayed the words “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN,” on the front, and “TRUMP” along the bottom of the train in back. Known for her outrageous and often risqué choices in red carpet attire, the disturbing nature of this more “conservative” dress sent shockwaves through the Twitter-Sphere. While Villa may be catching heat from her celebrity peers and haters on social media, she is laughing all the way to the bank.

“Go big or go home. You can either stand for what you believe or fall for what you don’t. Above all, make a choice for tolerance and love. Agree to disagree. See the person over the politics and carry yourself with dignity, always. Life is made to be lived, so go boldly and give no effs.” – Joy Villa
